  • WAR MUST COME

Today’s headline is carefully chosen. It deliberately expresses doubt while confirming the inevitability, not of War but of the limitless suffering that trots along behind, wailing, crying for War to slow down so it can keep up.

Today’s other headline, that oil reaches $140 a barrel, is equally non-ambiguous while remaining resolutely as double-headed.

The remaining indicator is the apparent resolve at the IAEA and its current head ElBaradei, to acquiesce to Western rationalisation regarding the probable intentions of an Iran apparently gearing for a confrontation.

The point about oil is that not only the Middle East ‘crisis’ is in play in determining costs and prices. There is no oil crisis. There is an element of tension in the Middle East that impacts upon oil based ‘confidence’ but both reserves and supply cast no intrinsic shadow upon global events. If supply was the main tiger facing the world, technology would come to bear and a solution would quickly and profitably be found. So the point about oil is human rather than resource based.

The immediate suspect in human terms is the ME ‘crisis’. The old fall-back. “Let’s say it’s uncertainty over Arab behaviour.” As usual, the culprit is cast as a greedy OPEC and its hegemony over supply. Along with the sense of the problem devolving on ME players is the difficulty, seemingly, for Arabs to get along with anyone, including other Arabs. The Arab insistence on blaming the Jews for the fact Arabs are truculent, devious, untrustworthy, cunning and Arab goes nowhere to alter the fundamentals of the equation. A significant portion of world oil supply stretches beneath burning Arab sands.

The corollary to Arab supply ‘crises’ is the global demand. The First Law of Commerce states, “Whatever The Market Will Stand.”

So obviously, any uncertainty regarding supply will instance cause demand to peak and as a consequence, prices will go through the roof. But this is far from the complete picture. The reality in global markets is that OIL is a commodity as precious as GOLD and fluctuations in prices can as easily be driven by ‘speculation’ as by demand or even perceived demand.

What we have seen recently and consistently has been a swathe of speculation on the price of oil. Rich kids betting on the chance they can drive prices up even further, because further price rises will benefit their personal fortunes.

What this means is that rich people are using oil as a means to enrich themselves while destituting and desolating the world.

Historically, this sort of situation does not last.

Let’s face it, disregarding macro flow-ons, at the micro level it always remains plausible that some disgruntled interstate teamster will stake out the mansion of some wealthy magnate and defray a return in lead rather than gold. The fact is that in this day and age, of wider and wider personal security, a further disgruntled and dispossessed resident accessing a shoulder launched missile (they apparently ‘walk’ out of Defence Establishments according to information in the public domain) could down said ‘rich guy’ in his private jet!

But Civil War only sits down and loosens its bootlaces – it never completely puts away its full apparel. Already we see petrol and food riots in every continent. Tom Cruise might comfort himself he will be safe in his hideaway hole, emblematic of the casual elitism of our day but the fact remains, a People fighting only for sufficient food to last out the rest of THIS day will discover EVERY rat hole in the rocks and in the ground.

So historically, this sort of situation does not last.

Now we should turn to the much vaunted ‘crisis’.

Russia, China, Korea and Pakistan have enjoyed a profitable industry in supplying unstable dictatorships with the superior technology they have come to expect in a superior and technologically advanced age. Their beneficiaries have handed on this largess in like manner and the current flavour of the month is Nuclear Iran! The fact Pakistan has just turned into a bullet hole in the USA’s foot seems hardly to have sunk in.

Compared to the present, the Russians now probably feel they were ‘ripped off’ in the Cuban Missile Crisis! Never got away with a thing! So we are told.

The Media impress upon us that we should be constantly cognisant of the fact any kind of military instability in the Middle East could lead to higher oil prices.

The only places in the World that are militarily stable are Australia and the United States!

Europe, Africa, Asia and Southern America are all poised on a collective knife edge.

India is waiting for Australia to be momentarily weakened after defeating Indonesia, with the assistance of US weaponry, so as to quickly slip irresistibly into West Australia – all the scenarios have been modeled and the genuine players are not really anxious about the prospect of hostilities at all! Not simply India, but ALL the genuine players.

The Arabs, frankly, are not among the genuine players although Arabs in Indonesia and parts of Asia no doubt feel they constitute a significant role to be played.

So to what extent is the possibility of a war involving Iran either important, probable or unavoidable? The IAEA hints it may even happen.

This is where that ragged little waif, suffering, comes in. Tagging along resolutely clenching the hem of war, she will not let go.

Some in the World today speak of a military response to Iranian sabre rattling. By this they think they mean a few bombs dropped on publicly named sites. Crucial military and nuclear locations well identified and in the public media. There is also considerable public debate about the extent of damage caused by Iran’s inevitable response. And even by collateral attacks launched by Iran’s allies – Syria, Lebanon, Hesbollah, Hamas, Egypt, Turkey et al. The list goes on.

A few timid voices are raised that the World risks a domino effect and that matters might get out of hand, with unforeseen consequences in the event of a military response.

We guarantee, if any mild attempt to punish Iran is embarked upon by the foolish West then the Globe will simply continue headlong on its present path to Armageddon.

Those oil speculators will lose more than their money. With no financial markets, they will honestly have nothing. Then they will thankfully die.

Those oil producing nations will lose everything. No Market. No Demand. No Workforce. Nothing. Just the dwelling place of Dragons in their Pleasant Dens!

We guarantee a ‘tempered’ approach to global confrontations at this time will lead to obvious and predictable escalations. Every weapon known to Mankind will be unleashed and any few who survive will consider themselves not only unfortunate but – chastened.

What we advocate – and here the Dragons perch on rocks and stare fixedly at the killing field known as Mankind – is a pointed and deliberate reminder that Humanity can no longer afford the luxury of preserving its enemies. Also that, in the event a degree of purging is required, Mankind has the wherewithal to accomplish the task overnight.

    We are for War.

We say, as a minimum, Iran should be completely obliterated. Not even one radioactive feral dog should escape.

We frankly consider it is wisdom also to destroy essential Command and Control infrastructures in places such as Syria, North Korea and Lebanon. In round numbers we are possibly speaking of one hundred and fifty million deaths to send a wake-up call to the Human Race.

This Wednesday would not be too soon.

And the added bonus is that our little friend suffering would be unable to keep up. Death would be widespread, quick and relatively clean.

It’s just not going to happen.

Did you expect to wake next Wednesday and read in your morning paper, on the way to work, that President George W. BUSH had just wiped out one hundred and fifty million?

    No way.

There is going to be a lot more suffering than that.
